Jesus means the Ananda Principle in the Heart of Man.
He preached love and compassion towards all living creatures and he sacrificed his
own life for upholding truth.

Prophet Mohammed

Born in Arabia in 570A.D. He propagated Islam which means surrender and peace.
When a man surrenders completely to God he can live in peace.
Prophet Mohammed also brought together divine verses of
“ ALAH “( GOD ) into a beautiful book called the Koran which even today serves as the
holy text for the Muslims. Muslims revere the Koran as Hindus revere the Vedas and Christians the Bible.

Buddha

Buddha meaning “ The enlightened one “ was born into a royal family in 563 B.C.
However very soon he became aware of the impermanence of all things worldly and gave up his
princely life to attain salvation.
He exhorted the people to give up desires and attachment to overcome grief and misery. He was also totally against the killing of animals in the name of sacrifice.
A strong votary of “Ahimsa” or Non Violence.

Zoroaster

He is the Guru of the Parsis and is believed to
have lived between 1500BC and 1000BC in Persia.
He exhorted his followers to practice purity in thought, word and deed,
and be chaste. He wanted his followers to worship the fire God since fire is
the annihilator of all things worldly. Man should always keep the fire of wisdom blazing in his heart so that all evil thoughts and tendencies could be burnt to ashes.
